Stock availability
We try to display only the products that are included in our gift boxes. However, occasionally certain items may be out of stocks and we reserve the right to replace the item with a similar one of the same value.
We are careful to ensure that our descriptions of our products are accurate but cannot accept liability for any slight variation in colour caused by your computer software or operating system.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched – boxes ordered before 12 noon are dispatched that day, boxes ordered after 12 noon are dispatched the following day. If a box is cancelled after receipt, then it must be returned to us within 7 days in its original condition and packaging. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email at

Contact Us. We will then cancel your order and send you a refund for the total of the original order, excluding any delivery charge. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable, please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund, less of any postage costs.
